Bhagvan Chitragupta keeps an account of our sins and good deeds. The progenies of Chitragupta are known as Kayastha; a caste which includes scribes. The Kayasthas worship their God on the second day after Diwali which is Shuklapaksha Dwitiya of Kartik month of the Hindi calendar. This recitation was done by me during this year's (2020) Chitragupta Puja at my house.
